The former metal structure refers to the bridge and trolley frame, while the electrical part includes electrical equipment and circuits. After reasonable configuration of each device, the bridge crane can not only be used for loading and unloading of open warehouse, stock yard, railway freight station, port wharf, etc., but also can be equipped with a variety of special hooks for a variety of special operations.

There are also relevant provisions on the selection. Generally, the lifting capacity is less than 50t, and the span is less than 35m. It is recommended to select single beam without special use requirements. If the width of the leg is required to be large and the working speed is high, or the heavy and long parts are often lifted, the double beam gantry crane is required.

During the working period, sometimes there will be slippage. In order to eliminate this kind of bad phenomenon, we must first analyze the causes of slippage and take corresponding measures according to different reasons. For example, if the bridge crane is selected correctly to match the motor, it should not be too large; at the same time, the load capacity and wheel pressure bearing capacity should be calculated to ensure that the wheel has enough pressure on the wheel rail surface. In addition, it is necessary to control the start-up and braking time of the equipment properly.
