Operating procedures
Before work The operator should only turn off the main power supply after confirming that no one is on the platform or tracks. If the power circuit breaker is locked or has a warning sign, the original person in charge should remove it before turning off the main power supply. During work a. At the beginning of each shift (or when the load reaches a maximum weight), the load should be lowered after it is lifted 0.5 meters above the ground. The brake performance should be checked and confirmed to be in good working order before normal operation can be resumed. b. During operation, the operator should sound the alarm bell for the following operations as required: 1. Lifting and lowering loads; 2. Operating trolleys; 3. Continuously sound the alarm bell when the crane is passing through an area with poor visibility; 4. When the crane is approaching another crane in the same span; 5. When lifting a heavy object near personnel. 6. In the event of a sudden power outage during operation, the controller handle should be set to "zero" and the crane should be checked for normal operation before resuming work. After work a. Raise the hook to the specified height, park the trolley and crane in the appropriate position, and set the controller handle to "zero." Pull down the switch handle on the protective box to cut off the power. b. Perform routine maintenance. c. Complete shift handover procedures. |
