Project Delivery: 4 Single Girder Cranes Working in Mauritius

Recently, four European-style single-girder bridge cranes exported by our company to Mauritius have successfully completed on-site installation, commissioning, and load acceptance. The equipment is operating stably and has been fully deployed in the customer's daily production operations, providing solid equipment support for the upgrading of industrial material handling in the region.

The customer for this cooperation is a high-quality local industrial enterprise in Mauritius. With the upgrading of its factory capacity, the customer urgently needed a batch of lightweight, high-precision, and high-safety lifting equipment to replace traditional crane models and meet the needs of refined, high-frequency lifting operations in the workshop. After multiple rounds of product comparison, solution communication, and qualification verification, the customer ultimately selected our standardized European-style single-girder crane complete solution.

The delivered European-style single-girder cranes are designed and manufactured in strict accordance with European FEM standards and CE specifications, and are compatible with the local power grid conditions in Mauritius. The equipment adopts a lightweight modular structure, possessing significant advantages such as light weight, low wheel pressure, low energy consumption, and quiet operation, effectively saving factory space and reducing the burden on factory infrastructure. Equipped with a variable frequency speed control system, it ensures smooth start-stop and precise positioning, perfectly adapting to delicate operation scenarios such as precise workpiece hoisting and smooth transfer. It features multiple safety protection devices including travel limit switches, overload protection, and emergency braking, along with a dual control mode of wireless remote control and handheld controller, balancing operational convenience and production safety to fully meet the customer's all-weather, high-frequency production needs.

For overseas project delivery, our company has established a dedicated full-process service system. After completing rigorous testing at the domestic factory, the equipment successfully arrived at Port Louis, Mauritius via ocean freight, completing customs clearance and transshipment smoothly. To ensure efficient equipment deployment, our technical team provided one-on-one remote guidance throughout the process, utilizing a complete set of technical documents in both Chinese and English to assist the customer's on-site personnel in completing the entire process, including main beam assembly, electric hoist installation, electrical system wiring, overall machine debugging, and safety testing. This effectively overcame overseas installation technical challenges and significantly shortened the project deployment cycle.

During the acceptance phase, staff completed no-load trial runs, rated load tests, overload safety verification, and overall machine stability testing. All equipment operated smoothly, demonstrated sensitive operation, and met all performance parameters, successfully passing the customer's rigorous acceptance process. Simultaneously, we provided specialized training to on-site operators on equipment operation, daily inspections, and basic maintenance, helping the customer team quickly master equipment usage and maintenance skills to ensure long-term stable operation.

The customer representative highly praised the quality of the delivered equipment and the comprehensive service provided, stating that the European-style cranes purchased far exceeded expectations in terms of operating efficiency and safety performance. They effectively solved problems such as jamming, high energy consumption, and poor precision associated with traditional hoisting equipment in the factory, significantly improving workshop production efficiency and standardization.

Mauritius, as a core economic and industrial hub in the Indian Ocean, is an important strategic node for our company's deep cultivation of the African Indian Ocean market. The successful deployment and commissioning of these four European-style single-girder cranes further solidifies the brand's reputation and influence in the overseas high-end lifting equipment market. In the future, our company will continue to focus on the differentiated needs of overseas customers, continuously deliver high-quality, standardized, and intelligent European-style lifting equipment, and improve the full-chain service system of overseas pre-sales solution customization, in-sales follow-up, and after-sales long-term guarantee, to help more overseas companies achieve improved production quality, increased efficiency, and reduced consumption.
